We're not the landlord for everyone. We don't try to be.

We rent to good neighbors that keep our houses looking like this. Our tenants and we are partners in making a nice city, neighborhood, block and house even better. 

Curb appeal translates into increased value for the city, blocks, neighborhoods and houses. It defines us. If you don't get that, we're not your next landlord.
